Welcome to my blog! 

I retired in July 2017 from a career as a SQL Server Specialist with over 30 years in the IT industry. This blog previously focused on providing technical content and notices of training events I was involved in within the SQL Server Community. For the time being, I’m leaving all those old posts available – just be aware of the posting date for all articles when referring to any of them – technology changes and what may have been true a few years ago may not work today!  

Starting July 2019, I’m rebooting this blog with a more personal focus – specifically travels with my husband and any other thoughts I decide to share.
